We are looking for a reliable and versatile team member who can bridge operations, logistics, and administrative support across departments.

Role Overview

This is a unique hybrid position that blends driving, factory assistance, and light administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and comfortable working both on the road and inside the production environment. You will handle product deliveries, help prepare and pack orders, assist with raw material handling, and support the operations, FSQA, accounts, and management teams with computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

• Deliver finished products safely and on time to customers, partners, and retail outlets.
• Collect and transport raw materials or supplies when required.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and properly documented (fuel logs, mileage, delivery checklists).
• Support the factory team in preparing, weighing, labeling, and packing orders.

Administrative Support

• Assist the Operations Manager, Accountant, FSQA Supervisor, and Owner with light computer work such as:
• Data entry and documentation (inventory logs, delivery records, QC forms).
• Preparing simple Word, Excel, or Google Sheets files.
• Updating production or delivery trackers.
• Helping organize digital and paper records.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, and team members when required.

General Support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Help with basic maintenance, restocking, and setup around the facility.
• Follow company policies on safety, hygiene, and food handling.
