Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsperson to prepare accurate shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of coordinating with designers, site engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings as per approved design and site conditions
• Develop detailed drawings for joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and custom furniture
• Revise drawings based on site feedback, client comments, and authority approvals
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and project managers for technical clarifications
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority standards, and construction norms
• Maintain proper drawing records and version control
• Support the site team with clarifications, dimensions, and detailing when required

Skills

Software & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred)
• Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting
