Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in interior fit-out for villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings (2D & 3D) coordinating with design and project teams and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Prior experience in villa projects within the UAE is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for interior fit-out and architectural elements.
• Develop floor plans elevations sections joinery ceiling and shop drawings as per design requirements.
• Modify and update drawings based on site feedback and client revisions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers interior designers and site engineers.
• Ensure technical drawings meet municipal client and project-specific standards.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of drawing sets revisions and approvals.
• Ensure that all work is completed within deadlines and project milestones.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in drafting for villa fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD 3Ds Max SketchUp Photoshop and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials joinery details and MEP coordination.
• Ability to interpret and convert design briefs into high-quality working drawings.
• Strong communication teamwork and time management skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
