Job Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible for managing all contract-related Build-To-Suit (BTS) and land sales activities, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with company policies and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Specify the output required from the job. Identify 8-10 key accountabilities:
Provide support in the development and implementation of contracts-related policies and procedures, ensuring streamlined processes, clear guidelines, and minimized errors. Provide strategic oversight to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Support the section head in the standardization of Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) formats and contract templates, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company policies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize contract management processes.
Lead and motivate the Contracts Management team, ensuring contracts are drafted, reviewed, and finalized within the required turnaround time while maintaining compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
Manage the end-to-end contract documentation workflow, ensuring timely contract formulation, execution, and delivery to prevent delays and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the verification and approval of all booking documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper signoffs to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Process KYC/AML clearance for new sales efficiently, ensuring compliance with company governance protocols.
Oversee and ensure the strategic management of contract-related data, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the system. Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with organizational policies
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding contract-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication, prompt resolution of concerns, and smooth execution of contractual obligations.
Provide regular reports for management, providing insights into contract progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations, ensuring all contracts align with the latest legal requirements.
Work closely with Legal teams to incorporate changes in approved contract templates, SPAs, and legal forms, ensuring that all contractual documents remain current and compliant.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration; Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of legal and contract terms
Minimum Experience (number of years):
Minimum 8-10 years with at least 3 years in senior managerial level in contracts and compliance management particularly in the real estate industry.
Job Specific Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, CRM or and other relevant software for contracts
Proficiency in KYC/AML regulations and due diligence processes.
Ability to develop and implement contract policies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
An in-depth understanding of RERA regulations, laws pertaining to property sale agreements, and other relevant laws.
Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and compliance projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and decision-making in contract negotiation and risk assessment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for contract negotiations and policy documentation. Arabic language – preferable
Ability to liaise effectively with legal teams, senior management, and external partners.
Strong communication and Analytical skills
Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and implement solutions.
Problem-solving mindset to address compliance challenges and contractual disputes.
Ability to analyze legal and financial risks in contracts and transactions.
Leadership and Team Management
Understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
