Job description
Job Summary

Administration of a document control system in support of programwide administrative and operational activities.

Job Duties
  • Maintaining all technical documents such as specifications drawings vendor drawings calculation sheets field revision instructions engineering revisions instructions shop maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
  • Preparing the monthly document control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical / NonCritical Documents GFC Drawings Shop Drawings RFINCR CAR (Corrective Action Request etc.) for the submission of monthly progress report to the client.
  • Keeping all periodical records / registers as required under the provisions of various laws. Registration / Renewal of various licenses.
  • Issuing Documents as per their status and requirement through the Engineering Transmittals generated to the Client Consultant Project Departments and Company Head Office.
  • Keeping track with Head Office and Vendors for latest Documents and Drawings & issuing the latest revisions of those.
  • Handling and maintaining all types of incoming & outgoing correspondences & transmittals.
  • Complying and presenting as built documents as per approved final document procedure.
  • Preparing daily reports weekly reports and monthly reports for maintaining regular record of site development.
  • Maintaining Master Document Register generated by the Database and making it ready for Monthly Progress Report & to submit for Milestone Payment.
Qualifications :
  • Preferred degree educated but not essential

Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably working within a construction or design consulting environment preferred.
