Job description

• Document Management: Create organize and maintain production documents ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Version Control: Implement and maintain version control processes to ensure that the latest document revisions are readily available to the production team.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of production documents to verify accuracy completeness and compliance with quality assurance protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams project managers and engineers to gather and document project requirements and updates.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on documentation status highlighting any discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
• Training: Provide training and support to production staff on document control processes and software tools.
• Compliance: Ensure that all production documentation adheres to company policies industry regulations and project specifications.
• Archiving: Develop and maintain an efficient archiving system for historical production documents ensuring accessibility for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate document approvals and resolve documentation-related issues.

• Must have experience of working with DC software (Experience on Wrench will be given higher weightage)
