Job description

highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of experience in document control within the UAE and

preferably be fluent in Arabic to facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage document registration, issue control, transmittal, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document management.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to streamline document workflows.
  • Implement document control procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure proper classification, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Arabic-speaking clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum

3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the UAE.

  • Proficiency in

document management systems (e.g., Asite, Aconex, SharePoint).

  • Strong understanding of

document control procedures and compliance standards .

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English (required).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
