Summary
The Division Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key accounts within the Automotive Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables. The role focuses on developing sales strategy, strengthening distributor and fleet relationships, and ensuring effective execution across assigned markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and grow key accounts including distributors, workshops, fleets, and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, product penetration, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead pricing, promotions, and negotiation strategies to achieve volume and margin targets.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure availability and competitive positioning.
- Monitor sales performance forecasts and market trends; provide regular reporting and insights to management.
- Build, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and divisional targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit control, and payment terms.
- Sales forecasting by monthly/quarterly and ensure Sales plan execution.
- Network and gather competition information and advise management with significant market information.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager.
- Proven experience in sales management within Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Car care Products, Workshop consumables, and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver sustainable growth.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, automobile engineering or a related field;
Experience:
- Having 7 to 10 years experience in sales & team management preferably within the Automotive Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
