Job Purpose

Lead the wealth management sales function for Treasury products, driving penetration of investment and structured solutions across affluent and high-net-worth segments in collaboration with Relationship Managers.

Key Result Areas
  • Define and implement sales strategies for products such as structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes.
  • Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing.
  • Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 12+ years’ experience in wealth or investment product sales.
  • Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
