The Role

This is a leadership role responsible for establishing and scaling Board Intelligence’s commercial presence in the Middle East. Reporting to the VP Sales, you will lead from the front in building relationships, winning landmark clients and setting the foundations for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the go to market strategy for the UAE and wider GCC region, working closely with global leadership.
  • Develop and manage a high value pipeline, winning strategic new clients across sectors.
  • Establish executive sponsorship with senior stakeholders in prospect and partner organisations.
  • Represent Board Intelligence in the region, raising brand awareness through events, partnerships and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across product, advisory and customer success to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Build and lead a local sales team as the region scales.
  • Provide market insights back to the business to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with experience building market presence in new territories.
  • Gravitas and credibility to engage senior stakeholders including board members and executives.
  • Strong network in the UAE and GCC, with deep knowledge of regional business culture.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant ARR growth in enterprise sales.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on ability to close complex deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high performing teams.
  • Passion for governance, leadership and organisational effectiveness.

Contract Type & Duration: Fixed-term, renewable up to 3 years.

Working Hours & Overtime: Standard 8-hour day, 48-hour week. Overtime rates apply as per UAE Labour Law, with adjusted hours during Ramadan.
