• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with qualitative data.
• Excellent client partnership and ability to manage client expectations.
• Ability to manage projects and mentor team members.
• Skilled in developing reports, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relations management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret qualitative research data to tell compelling stories and identify patterns.
• Deliver analysis and forecasting to support organisational improvements.
• Collect, organise and present data for internal teams as well as key clients.
• Produce qualitative research reports while showcasing qualitative models.
• Lead qualitative research projects and manage a team of 10.
