Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in casino marketing, events, or luxury hospitality, including 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact events and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of gaming operations and player segmentation.
  • Experience in regulated casino jurisdictions.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual casino marketing and events strategy.
  • Lead planning and execution of player development initiatives and events.
  • Monitor competitor activities to position the casino as a premier destination.
  • Oversee design and delivery of all casino events and promotions.
  • Manage annual department budgets and ensure fiscal control.
