Digital Marketing Manager – Middle East Region

Our client, a leading international OEM, is seeking a highly professional Digital Marketing Manager to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in localising and implementing the organisation’s digital marketing strategy across the Middle East, ensuring seamless integration of online sales, CRM and product data in line with global standards.

The Role

Key responsibilities include the planning, execution and optimisation of all digital activities across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and video advertising. The role requires close coordination with central teams and local markets to ensure brand consistency, as well as oversight of digital agencies. You will be expected to design and maintain a strong digital presence, track and report performance against ROI and KPIs, and provide insights that drive measurable improvement.

The position demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical ability, capable of enhancing the customer journey across multiple touchpoints while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Our Ideal Candidate

Will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, with 6 to 8 years of experience in digital communications, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail sector. You will bring expertise in web analytics and campaign optimisation, together with an up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practice.

A strong understanding of brands, combined with proven ability to manage external partners and agencies, is essential. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic regarded as an advantage.

Analytical strength, sound IT knowledge and project management capability should be matched with creativity, initiative and a collaborative mindset. You will be confident navigating complex challenges while contributing fresh ideas to enhance digital strategy and execution.
