Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing TAG Dynamics’ digital marketing strategies to drive growth, lead generation, and brand visibility. This role requires a performance-driven mindset with strong expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and AI-assisted platforms to enhance campaign performance, improve user experience on the company website, and stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and generative AI. Digital Marketing Executive will ensure all digital initiatives align with business objectives, maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, and actively contribute to the continuous innovation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across web, search, social, and email using automation and AI-assisted tools.
  • Analyze performance metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize campaigns and recommend growth strategies.
  • Create and manage content calendars, with a focus on digital storytelling, paid ad creatives, and dynamic content powered by AI.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends including generative AI, personalized customer journeys, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & R&D to align campaigns with commercial and innovation objectives.
  • Manage and improve the website (tagdyn.com), ensuring optimized SEO and user experience.
  • Contribute to marketing innovation by testing new tools, channels, and strategies regularly.
  • Support lead generation efforts and campaign analytics across all digital touchpoints.
  • Authority to initiate, pause, and optimize digital ad campaigns.
  • Recommend and evaluate new digital tools, platforms, or marketing technologies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, if required.
  • Monthly digital campaign reports showing lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Optimized digital presence including social media, website, and ads.
  • Active experimentation with new tools, platforms, or formats.
  • Contribution to marketing strategy evolution with data and trend insights.
  • Understanding of digital data privacy (GDPR, cookie banners, etc.).
  • Ability to ensure quality and compliance in published digital material.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in digital marketing with exposure to growth marketing or performance-driven campaigns. Experience working in small, agile teams preferred.

Training
  • Training in digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Strong with SEO/SEM, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Bonus: Exposure to AI platforms.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent. A certification or demonstrable understanding of AI in marketing is a plus.
