Job Purpose
Contribute to business growth by driving lead generation and networking opportunities aligned with the organization’s objectives, supporting revenue generation through partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Outreach and Demand Generation
- Support lead generation and business growth activities through agent agreements, roadshows, delegations, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Support agent agreements and in-market representation engagements for lead generation, in coordination with cross-functional teams and appointed agencies.
- Prepare and maintain an annual market calendar covering roadshows, seminars, target countries, and priority industries.
- Coordinate with appointed agents to develop roadshow agendas, arrange B2B meetings with potential clients, and develop post-roadshow and event reports for management.
- Participate in government missions and trade delegations, where required, in coordination with relevant government entities.
- Arrange delegations visiting DAFZ, including coordinating meetings and delivering corporate presentations.
- Attend networking events, business council events, and external forums to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support participation in exhibitions, including attending B2B meetings and following up on potential leads.
- Maintain and continuously expand a network of contacts across clients, partners, consultants, government entities, and private organizations.
- Conduct annual research to identify new industries and market opportunities and provide insights to support product and service development.
- Monitor the section budget and track weekly KPIs to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Initiate and follow up on purchase requests with relevant internal teams to support timely processing and closure.
- Prepare monthly reports for lead generation and in-market representation contracts, tracking performance and leads in coordination with consultants and agencies.
- Develop post-roadshow and event ROI reports for management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s or any equivalent degree.
- Any additional certification(s) relevant to the scope of work would be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or related fields.
