Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer prescriptions to ensure accuracy, determine needed drugs, and evaluate their suitability.
• Provide customers with information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and provide necessary assistance.
• Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques, up-selling, and cross-selling of all Super Care categories.
• Order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs, maintaining stock, storage, and handling.
• Comply with local regulations regarding pharmacy activities, including preparation, labeling, and delivery of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Maintain and report pharmacy records as required by external authorities such as Dubai Health Authority and Ministry of Health.
• Liaise with insurance companies to process insurance claims promptly and resolve billing issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as inventory management, expiry management, and merchandising.
• Be flexible to work in different shifts and locations as assigned by the Line Manager to meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• License from DHA or willingness to convert MOH/DOH license to DHA.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, or Tagalog.
