Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality home-based physiotherapy services to patients across the UAE. The successful candidate will be skilled in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs within a home care setting ensuring patient safety comfort and optimal recovery. This role requires strong clinical expertise excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients homes and develop personalized treatment plans
  

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including pain management mobility training strengthening and rehabilitation exercises
  

• Manage and treat patients with post-operative conditions neurological disorders musculoskeletal injuries elderly mobility limitations and chronic conditions
  

• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient needs
  

• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs proper posture use of mobility aids and injury prevention strategies
  

• Maintain accurate timely and complete clinical documentation and progress reports
  

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations infection control standards and established home care protocols
  

• Collaborate and coordinate with physicians nurses caregivers and case managers to ensure continuity and quality of care
  

• Demonstrate professionalism empathy and cultural sensitivity during all home visits
  

• Ensure proper handling use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment during home-based sessions
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy (Masters degree is an advantage)
  

• Valid DHA Physiotherapist License or eligibility to obtain one
  

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferably in home care elderly care or rehabilitation settings
  

• Strong clinical knowledge in musculoskeletal neurological and geriatric physiotherapy
  

• Excellent communication interpersonal and patient education skills
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple home visits
