Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-houseBeauty Divisionhas an exceptional career opportunity available for Trade Marketing Specialist based in Dubai.

ROLE PURPOSE

Coordination and support of regional trade and marketing activities in coherence with brand DNA and global headquarter guidelines.

Execution of trade and marketing strategy in region to achieve targeted sales and KPIs

Support of marketing budget and development of key business drivers including brand activation campaigns, product launches and pillars.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Regional Brand Manager he / she will be responsible for :

  • Coordinating, driving and supporting HQ Marketing & Sales regional activities : product launches, sell-in and sell-out data analysis etc.;
  • Coordinating the regional trade marketing strategy in coherence with brand DNA and the sales goals by defining and guaranteeing global headquarter guidelines are followed in each country, through consistent plans and approved tools.
  • Providing materials and reports for a correct execution of the marketing plan and facilitating new tools development between partners and HQ;
  • Supporting marketing budget and launches planning phases, analysing and discussing volumes planning (sales & POSM) with HQ during budget and revision sessions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Trade and marketing coordination : Support of local trade and marketing activities in accordance with global and regional guidelines.
  • Budget : Annual budget process, monthly budget overviews and coordination within the year aligned with a Regional Brand Manager
  • Brand activation : Support of key brand activations phases, forecasting of product and advertising materials
  • Market & product analysis : Regular research of competitor activities to create a better understanding of key market trends and effective tools. Follow-up of local affiliate targets vs. actual sell-in and sell-out results. Product and lunches performance in the market. Sharing best practice and feedback to all relevant interfaces.
  • Reporting : Market overview. Preparation of monthly brand activities report. Active assortment and launches tracking. Budgeting and accruals to finance.
  • Documents & payments : Accurate documents flow and in time payments.
  • Communication internal and external : Ensure that all relevant business participants (external and internal) are aware of key brand campaigns and launches. Lead the process of detailed organization of launch, trade and marketing activities across the market to the local and regional teams.
  • Retailers planning : Regular participation in presentations and collaboration with key retailers. Conduct post activity analyses and proactively propose potential optimizations and effective tools for future projects.
  • Managing assortment listings and assets templates for e-commerce channels
  • Develop and support local marketing communication strategy. Adaptation of materials for activations and launches. Support CRM and Digital development on local market. Preparation of development and training plan for BA’s (dedicated to brand and generic)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • A previous Marketing or Trade Marketing experience preferred in the luxury business or in a multinational contest;
