About the job DevOps Engineer (Russian) (Infrastructure)

Grow-Talent.com is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking DevOps Engineer to join their team.

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in both test and production environments
• Configure and manage monitoring and logging systems
• Contribute to incident analysis and resolution efforts
• Collaborate regularly with the product team to ensure alignment and support

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/Fluency in Russian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the following;
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
• Knowledge of network stack
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both development and production environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams
• Experience with Service Mesh solutions
