A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated professional to maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness in their kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for gastronomy. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment focused on diversity and inclusion.
Maintains the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy.
Team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Assists in establishing the identity of the outlet by providing the standards of food presentation required by each outlet.
Maintains cleanliness at work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils to the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene required by the hotel.
To assist in the implementation of the various food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and other Municipality regulations.
Responds to any changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company, or hotel.
