As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie in leading a specific section of the kitchen. You’ll contribute to food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure that dishes meet the brand’s quality and presentation expectations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations and oversee junior staff when required.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared accurately and efficiently ahead of service.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with HACCP.
  • Contribute to menu planning and implementation of new dishes.
  • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment and work areas.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, including prior experience as Commis I or Demi CDP.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training.
  • Good knowledge of international cuisines and basic kitchen management.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership potential.
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and quality control.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
