  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
  • Monitor stock levels and inform superiors about necessary replenishments
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and dish improvements
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Assist in portion control and food cost management
