• Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients within assigned event categories, ensuring a strong rapport that drives recurring business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new clients, employing market research and networking to broaden the client base.
• Maintain and deepen connections with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively exploring opportunities for expanding services.
• Provide exceptional client service tailored to exceed client expectations, ensuring long-term client loyalty and consistent business retention.
• Actively solicit and integrate client feedback to continuously improve service quality and address evolving client needs effectively.
