Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant/Lead to join our Data Strategy and Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy, data governance, and analytics, with the ability to drive data-driven decision‑making processes within organizations. This role involves leading complex projects, working closely with clients to develop and implement data strategies.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy Development

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Conduct assessments of current data capabilities and provide actionable insights to enhance data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop roadmaps for data management, analytics, and governance initiatives.

Data Governance

• Establish and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with data regulations and industry standards.

Client Consulting

• Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide tailored consulting solutions.
