Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools.
• Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports including variance analyses.
• Collaborate with the Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules.
• Ensure all reports comply with client standards and contractual obligations.
• Present findings to project managers and senior leadership.
