Role – Cyber Security Consultant – Dubai, UAE
As a long‑term embedded consultant you partner with key customers to drive cyber workforce resilience, maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform and execute a programmatic approach to cyber resilience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
- Engage C‑level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals and major lines of business through routine Executive Business Reviews.
- Recommend improvements to current programs and suggest new programs based on cybersecurity knowledge.
- Drive adoption of the Immersive Labs Platform and maximize its value.
- Keep informed of evolving threats, trends and new technologies through the cyber security community.
- Collaborate with product, content and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.
Program Management
- Support customers in operationalizing and sustaining the use of Immersive Labs in their cybersecurity programs, leveraging platform metrics and custom reports.
- Act as escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership and client accounts.
- Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews with the Customer Success Manager.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in information security, consulting or customer success.
- Extensive client‑facing experience presenting to C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networking, security, development).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances and standards.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux, security tools, public cloud environments.
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field (desirable).
