Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing cutover and dress rehearsal phases for Coupa Greenfield Implementations in large enterprises.
• Strong background in ERP/SaaS implementations with expertise in procurement and financial systems.
• Hands-on experience in developing cutover playbooks, command centers, and runbooks.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the cutover strategy ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined.
• Plan and execute mock cutovers (dress rehearsals) to validate readiness, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align cutover activities.
• Identify potential risks related to cutover and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor cutover success criteria ensuring a smooth transition.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and risks.
• Ensure cutover activities adhere to best practices and compliance requirements.
