In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide immediate solutions or escalates complex issues to the relevant department.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
- KPI Performance: Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including Average Handling Time (AHT), Quality Scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Must be a UAE National (with Family Book).
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Full fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
