Job summary

A prominent service provider in Abu Dhabi is looking for a customer service representative to manage customer inquiries through phone and email. Responsibilities include answering calls promptly, scheduling orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Ideal candidates should be friendly and efficient. Offering a salary of AED 6000 per month with a work schedule of 6 hours including a lunch break.

  • Answer incoming calls on time and friendly manner.
  • Schedule orders as per the customer’s request.
  • Evaluate escalations and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions.
  • Boost customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
  • Handle emails and respond within 24 hours SLA.
  • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
Job description

Working Hours: 6 Hours (5 active work hours + 1 hour lunch break)

Salary: AED 6000/- without NAFIS
