Ontime Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive top-quality service and support regarding our aesthetic treatments and services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome clients to the clinic and assist them with inquiries about aesthetic procedures and services.
  2. Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
  3. Generate leads and call clients to sell and cross-sell aesthetic treatments and products.
  4. Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  5. Provide detailed information about treatments, products, and post-care instructions.
  6. Assist in the development of promotional materials and service packages.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the clinic's database.
  8. Conduct follow-up calls to clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
  9. Collaborate with the medical team to enhance the overall client experience.
  10. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the aesthetic industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive, preferably in an aesthetic clinic or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
