Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive for their UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and expertise in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Responsibilities include collecting department requirements, preparing trend analysis reports, and assisting in documentation. This full-time role requires the ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure, with a joining timeframe of 2 weeks to 1 month.

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

We are currently lookingCustomer Service Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.

Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

Excellent oral and written skills in English.

Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
