A global customer service firm in the UAE is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is bilingual in English and Arabic. Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year call centre/customer service experience preferably within real estate sector.
  • Cheerful personality, always with a smile.
  • Empathetic, patient and courteous in approach.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and someone who loves to speak over phone.
  • Results driven, enthusiastic, attentive to detail and dependable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls while maintaining established standards.
  • Provide high quality customer service by answering inquiries efficiently.
  • Identify and maximize selling opportunities.
  • Handle projects and tasks whenever required by management.
  • Participate in outbound calling programs and other activities.

Skills

Bilingual fluent English (B2 Level+) and Arabic
Good communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Competent use of PC
Familiarity with MS Excel formulas

Education

Graduate preferred
