Job Summary
Creative Graphic Designer isresponsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising, Packing, or mediacampaign and coordinates the work of other artistic or design staff, such asgraphic designers. In addition, supervise, help, and train the Design team toachieve department goals.
Able to Visualize andarticulate his/her creative thinking.
The main objective of this roleis to execute major brand design projects across a specific product portfolio.This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principlesand production processes to ensure that the design/production guardrails aremet.
Managing all graphic designtasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
Should have extensive knowledgeof graphic design, styles, and techniques. Also, have experience inimplementing marketing campaigns. Ensure that the design team promotes thevision of the company through high-quality graphic content.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the creativedirector.
- Responsible for the creative vision for Printing Materials andonline campaigns.
- Produce sketches, storyboards rough to visualize ideas.
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across differenttypes of media.
- Identify and solve the design teams' significant problems andissues.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers andprovide directions.
- Present completed ideas to team members.
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery withindeadlines.
- Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaising between the Traffic Manager and design teams to ensuredeadlines are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of deep brand designexperience.
- Graphic designer Degree orsimilar (Not a must)
- Extraordinary design taste andskill
- Extraordinary ability in usingthe Adobe Creative Suite software
- Ability to work in a dynamicwork environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
- Effectively communicates(verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders across alllevels
- Works well with others todeliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
- Should be experienced in someof the following areas of design (Vector Illustrations - Photo manipulation -Poster & digital ads design - Printed & Editorial designs - branding,Logo & corporate id).
- Capability to develop andvisualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software
- An incurable curiosity relatingto all design elements
- Great passion for new andcreative trends
