Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and follow up with government authorities to process and finalize trade licenses.
  2. Review and submit applications, reporting feedback to the back office team.
  3. Track transaction progress to expedite approvals and facilitate NOC issuance.
  4. Process and finalize business licensing, Membership Certificates, Agency Certificates, Commercial Registration, Insurance Certificates, Police Reports, RERA / DM applications, and other government applications.
  5. Provide recommendations to reduce costs or timeframes and overcome processing barriers.
  6. Work closely with business unit representatives to ensure proper documentation and clarify requirements.
  7. Prepare status reports and monthly summaries of transactions.
  8. Draft correspondences for government authorities and seek managerial approval.
  9. Assist in document preparation and archiving.
  10. Represent the department professionally to ensure satisfaction and uphold a quality image.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent/Excellent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Own a car and possess a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficient in Windows applications: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative, can-do attitude.
