- Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring seamless integration and smooth transition.
- Maintain attendance and leave records ensuring timely reporting and compliance with policies.
- Conduct periodic audits verifying HR data accuracy and ensuring process adherence.
- Draft reports and summaries analyzing HR‑related insights for management review.
- Assist in employee separation documentation ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Research and analyze HR data supporting informed decision‑making for HR leadership.
- Support HR teams in administrative tasks ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
Quality & Excellence Management
- Verify HR records ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Summarize employee trends reporting key insights for HR strategy development.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR service delivery enhancing employee experience.
- Document and observe best practices ensuring HR service efficiency.
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR.
