Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field is a plus

  • Maintain attendance and leave records ensuring timely reporting and compliance with policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits verifying HR data accuracy and ensuring process adherence.
  • Draft reports and summaries analyzing HR‑related insights for management review.
  • Assist in employee separation documentation ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Research and analyze HR data supporting informed decision‑making for HR leadership.
  • Support HR teams in administrative tasks ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
Quality & Excellence Management
  • Verify HR records ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Summarize employee trends reporting key insights for HR strategy development.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR service delivery enhancing employee experience.
  • Document and observe best practices ensuring HR service efficiency.
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
