About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Coordinator/Concierge – Wynn Oasis to join our Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation team.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, handle reservations, address guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Guest Issue Resolution: Address guest issues with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Possess proper phone etiquette skills.
- Maintain the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of all areas.
- Coordinate and implement tenant engagement initiatives, collaborate with departments and external vendors to design and execute events, and manage event budgets and documentation.
- Inspire trust and confidence through exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, provide personalized guest services, and ensure all interactions reflect the Wynn brand's service‑driven ethos.
- Adapt to evolving schedules and operational demands, manage a variety of tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth operations in dynamic environments.
- Promote the Wynn brand's philosophy of service excellence, create an environment that inspires trust, and ensure all tenants receive personalized assistance and are actively engaged in curated events. Lead by example using the company’s core values in all interactions.
- Provide personalized guest services such as transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and tailored assistance to enhance the guest experience. Ensure that all interactions reflect the brand's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and implement events, collaborate with various departments and external vendors, manage event budgets, and stay informed of emerging trends in event planning to provide fresh and relevant experiences for guests.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction, including pre‑blocking tenants, monitoring and ensuring tenant arrival experience are enhanced, coordinating room moves, and completing any needed department needs.
- Manage out‑of‑service and out‑of‑order room inventory with Engineering and Housekeeping, and monitor room type and rollaway bed inventories.
- Promote teamwork, avoid conflict and gossip, and stay on task.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Planning or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external vendors.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest services and promoting the Wynn brand's values.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Must have strong customer service skills, with the ability to deal with problems involving guests and operational issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work proficiently within a team environment and be disciplined to work without constant guidance and supervision.
- Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, and overnight, and be able to flex schedule based on business demands. Be open minded and willing to learn new processes and concepts.
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
- Must be extremely well‑groomed and possess a professional attitude. In addition, be well‑refined in both demeanour and actions.
- Must maintain the highest levels of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
