Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with all consultants ensuring a unified response to the developers vision program and standards.
- Managing the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget schedule and phasing requirements.
- Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.
- Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Track deliverables submissions and key milestones to report progress.
- Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.
- Provide contractual support to the Clients project teams.
- Monitor contract compliance addressing deviations with the Client teams.
- Assist in contract negotiations claims management and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and review financial and commercial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering Law or Quantity Surveying. MRICS or equivalent certification is preferred.
- 12 years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure projects
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and cost control software
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Unifier).
