Job Responsibilities
  • Coordination with all consultants ensuring a unified response to the developers vision program and standards.
  • Managing the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
  • Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget schedule and phasing requirements.
  • Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.
  • Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
  • Track deliverables submissions and key milestones to report progress.
  • Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.
  • Provide contractual support to the Clients project teams.
  • Monitor contract compliance addressing deviations with the Client teams.
  • Assist in contract negotiations claims management and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and review financial and commercial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering Law or Quantity Surveying. MRICS or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • 12 years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure projects
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and cost control software
  • Proficiency in contract management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Unifier).
