A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in the GCC, and excellent bilingual negotiation skills. This role involves direct collaboration with project teams and the management of contract risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contracts, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all contract administration processes, including review, negotiation, and execution of contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards across all contract activities
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to clarify contract terms and resolve issues
  • Monitor contract performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
  • Provide training and guidance on contract management best practices to internal teams
  • Coordinate with legal advisors to address contract disputes or claims
  • Support project budgeting and cost control through effective contract management
Qualifications
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in coordinating building construction projects and negotiating sub contract agreements, in the GCC
