Were looking for a high-output Content Creator who can consistently deliver hundreds of short-form videos and static visuals per month leveraging AI tools to accelerate and scale content production. This isnt a traditional social media role - we want a creative operator whos fluent in tools like Runway Midjourney CapCut ChatGPT ElevenLabs Canvaand similar platforms and who thrives in fast-paced iterative environments. If you know how to turn a trend script or data insight into a powerful piece of content quickly and at scale we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Create high volumes of short-form video content(e.g. Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts) using AI editing and generation tools.
• Design eye-catching static visualsfor use on Instagram LinkedIn X (Twitter) and other platforms.
• Turn briefs scripts or raw materials into engaging platform-native content-fast.
• Use AI tools toautomate accelerate and enhanceevery stage of the content pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and strategy teams to align content with brand tone trends and performance goals.
• Monitor trends and formats across platforms to ensure content is alwaysfresh relevant and engaging.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven ability to producelarge volumes of quality content consistently(please share your portfolio!).
• Deep understanding ofAI toolsin the creative space-e.g. Runway for video Midjourney for visuals ElevenLabs for voice etc.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills across formats and channels.
• Experience with rapid content iteration based on performance data.
• Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and hit deadlines without micromanagement.
• A creative eye a growth mindset and a bias for action.
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above inCEFR)
