Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.
  • Perform advanced ENT procedures such as:
    • Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty
    • Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
    • Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopy
    • Head & neck reconstructive surgery
  • Interpret diagnostic tests including CT / MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.
  • Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Certification: Board-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
  • Licensure: DHA license or eligibility required
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting
  • Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety
