Overview

Primary title: Construction Site Supervisor

Industry & Sector: Commercial and residential construction, infrastructure delivery and site-based civil works in the UAE. Hiring for an on-site supervisory role responsible for day-to-day delivery, safety and quality across building and civil projects.

About The Opportunity

We are recruiting a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to drive safe, on-time, and quality delivery on medium-to-large construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, enforce HSE and quality standards, and report progress to project management while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities daily to achieve schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Implement and enforce HSE procedures and conduct toolbox talks, inspections and incident follow-ups to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review drawings and specifications on-site, resolve technical queries, and ensure workmanship meets quality control requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site workforce: assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Maintain materials, equipment and inventory controls; verify deliveries and manage storage to minimise waste and rework.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site records, RFI logs, punch lists and as-built documentation for project stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven on-site supervisory experience on building or civil projects in the UAE or GCC (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Valid HSE certification (NEBOSH, OSHA 30 or equivalent) and strong knowledge of local safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD for schedule and drawing coordination.
• Practical understanding of UAE building codes, DEWA/municipality requirements and quality standards.
• Strong documentation skills: daily reports, method statements, RFIs and as-built records; fluent English required.

Preferred

• Experience with Primavera P6, BIM coordination or MEP interface management.
• Previous work on high-rise, fit-out or complex MEP projects.
• UAE driving license and local site clearance/visa ready.
