Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in villa construction and maintenance in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, maintenance practices, and project planning.
• Experience in preparing, presenting, and negotiating quotations with clients.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for client meetings and site visits.

About the Role
