Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: Depends upon Experience Experience: 5 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to lead and supervise large-scale construction projects within the Construction or Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills technical expertise and a solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring compliance with design quality budget and schedule.
  

• Lead project planning scheduling and resource allocation in collaboration with project teams.
  

• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  

• Coordinate with architects engineers consultants subcontractors and government authorities for smooth execution.
  

• Enforce strict adherence to safety environmental and regulatory standards on-site.
  

• Manage procurement processes vendor negotiations and cost control measures.
  

• Ensure timely submission of reports documentation and approvals from ADM or other regulatory bodies.
  

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders clients and internal teams to address issues and maintain satisfaction.
  

• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts drawings RFIs and change orders.
  

• Mentor and guide site engineers supervisors and junior staff for optimum performance and compliance.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  

• Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
  

• PMP Certification (mandatory)
  

• UAE Equivalency Certificate (preferred)
  

• ADM Engineer s Card & Society of Engineers (SOE) Card (desirable)
  

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  

• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project life cycle
  

• Excellent knowledge of construction codes quality standards and HSE regulations
  

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Primavera MS Project)
  

• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  

• Excellent communication coordination and negotiation abilities
  

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
