The Construction Engineer (MOC) will be responsible for managing and controllingManagement of Change (MOC)activities at site during construction and commissioning phases of an EPCM oil & gas project for ADNOC. The role ensures that all field changes are properly evaluated, reviewed, approved, implemented, and documented in compliance with ADNOC standards, project procedures, and HSE requirements.
