A prestigious healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Nurse to join its dedicated team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in home and community settings. This role is ideal for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about holistic care, chronic disease management, and supporting patients outside of the traditional hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including post-operative care, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease support.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the broader healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, self-care, and health maintenance.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians or care coordinators promptly.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with local health regulations and organizational policies.
  • Promote health and wellness through community outreach, education, and preventative care.
  • Support palliative and end-of-life care as needed, providing comfort and dignity to patients and families.
  • Ensure infection control, patient safety, and best practices in all care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution (e.g., UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community health, home care, or a hospital setting.
  • Eligible for or currently holding a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in non-traditional care settings.
  • Valid driver’s license (UAE or convertible license) preferred due to the mobile nature of the role.
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-first approach are essential.
  • Willing to work in Dubai.
