We are hiring Commissioning Manager for one of our PMC projects based in Abu Dhabi with experience in the oil and gas industry to oversee the commissioning of complex projects. The role involves managing the testing, startup, and handover of facilities and systems to ensure they meet operational standards.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning teams and activities.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide resolution strategies.
• Prepare handover documentation and ensure smooth transition to operations.

Experience Required

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, with 10+ years in commissioning.
• Strong background in onshore projects, including topside facilities and subsea systems.
• PMC experience will be preferred.
• Must have handled large FEED / EPC projects in the onshore field.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
