You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef - Bakery is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and ensuring courteous, professional, and efficient service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Achieve the highest standards in hygiene and food safety according to HACCP guidelines to ensure the food served to guests is of the highest quality and standard.
Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily operations and take full responsibility for your section and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
- 1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
- Basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge
