A leading hotel in Abu Dhabi seeks a culinary professional to manage kitchen operations and uphold high sanitation standards. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of culinary experience in an international setting, demonstrating strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
Follow proper uniform procedures.
Run the day-to-day operation of the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure that mise-en-place is prepared for the shift's needs.
Maintain sanitation standards as set forth by Rosewood Abu Dhabi and local authorities.
Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of all food preparation equipment.
Ensure a safe working environment.
Follow control systems to ensure quality and portion control.
Store items properly at the end of each shift.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Handle and report any accidents immediately, regardless of severity.
Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
