Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for sale or lease.
  • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the best property options.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the key features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts including property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, or relevant sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Savings to support 3-6 months in a commission-based role.
  • Attested Education Certificate.
