About the job Commercial Product Development Lead

1. Term: 12 months

2. Experience requirement: 10 - 12 Years

3. Job location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role:

· Drive the launch of new Corporate /Commercial products and monitor & optimize the existing products

· Go to market strategy

· Active commercialization of proposition by working with all internal and external stakeholders

· By regularly producing Management Information/Performance dashboard on corporate card portfolio

· Work with scheme operators and ensure all revenues/costs are accounted on a regular basis

· Build out of Corporate Card proposition in the bank's global locations

· Ensure the end-to-end ownership of the proposition for seamless client journey i.e. to ensure all touch points internally and externally are aligned in delivery of this proposition

· Market Research and Analysis: Understanding the needs of businesses and the existing landscape of commercial products. This involves market research, competitor analysis, and identifying gaps or opportunities in the market

· Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial products, including cost,revenue, profitability, and market engagement

· Align product features with the risk and fraud frameworkto minimize fraud and ensure the security of card transactions

· Support on the optimization of Credit Risk policies

· Provide internal trainings on the new products

· Leverage Mastercard assets and resources, when applicable, to deliver the support on the above-mentioned responsibilities

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 10 to 12 years of Corporate/Commercial products with Strong understanding of commercial banking products
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy and initiative
